I think the Bolide are a popular prospect for people wanting to try out the Target darts with the Swiss point system because the are reasonably priced for Swiss point Target darts AND they just plain have a great looking selection of barrels; I especially want to get the No. 4 Bolide barrel, and your review on them really helped convince me it’d be worthwhile…I’m just waiting for my tax return and I’m going to snag ‘em and give them a try. Thanks, once again, for this video and ALL your videos. 👍

I got those to in 23, and man i'm a rear-gripper. Those darts fly like a dream one of the best darts in my collection. I fitted them with L-style Kami, 260 L-style stem and the black points look phenomenal. Also own the Bolide 5's bombshaped in 24 gram also fly really great!

Excellent review here on a superb set of AFFORDABLE Target darts! I am in 100% agreement that the Swiss Storm points are a MUST at least for me. I lost a ton of faith in Target right when they came out with the Swiss Points however with the introduction of the Swiss Storm they have changed my mind. The Bolides are the best value for the money in their entire lineup. I may need to grab me a set of these!

@@WorldwideDarts Had a quick throw with them today. Feel nice and the scallop is just right. Not a lover of the flights and stems though. So will change them up and see how they go in a longer session. Overall very happy. Nice dart to throw.

Bolide darts are simply great! Have 05 and 03 models and like to throw with them. Storm points are alsp great,much much better than standard SP points

Ive been using the 02 bolide 25gram 30mm storm points inbetween length shafts with no2 size flights for little over a year now love them. The razor grip looses its edge after a bit of use but not much

This is the dart barrel I use 21g with 35mm gold points and medium length condor axe, it balances the dart perfect

Definitely a great line of barrels. I have the 03, had the 05 as well, but had to return due to missing a barrel & amazon didn't have any replacements at the time. I did get a set of Cult 01 for $38 though, so can't complain. lol One thing I want from Target is more options on the swiss storm point. Would love to see diamond or onyx or any of those other varieties they offer on points.

Im using the 01s the grips not has sharpe, ive got the same points on mine they look so clean, im using a clear l-style stem and white easy fit L style flights on mine

Pros don't use them as much because they don't come in 35mm length. I've said it before, you can use tridents with longer swiss points!

I have these darts, won them in a raffle along with some cuesoul ak4 flights and aly stems. Love the darts my game improved loads. Then I got pissed off with the Swiss point system and now I don't use them. For me the only downside to these darts is the Swiss points. Otherwise these darts are hands down the best darts I've used.

@WorldwideDarts tbh I used 35mm nano points. I just kept breaking points it was getting expensive. Even at £5.95 a pack. I just find the points are not strong enough and with the weak point just below the hex part of the point its not a case of if the point breaks its a case of when the point breaks

i have now te Harrows Rapide Ringed A 22 gram i first got harows silver arrow for 14 years but im looking for a Swiss point my 2 choice is te target bolide 02 23 gram or te target luke litter loadout swiss point 23 gram

Good question! I think there's one I haven't reviewed yet. The 3 maybe? I forget. But out of all of them I really like the 04's. Especially with Swiss Storm points 👍🏻

@@WorldwideDarts perfect thanks mate, I’m currently using the harrows 50th anniversary dart 25G, lovely dart but looking to grab a set of these am a middle/front gripper was looking at the 05s but only got the 24G available online do you think I’d notice a difference with the weight heard a few people say the bomb style dart is lighter then straight ones. I’ve never had a bomb style dart either

I think the black version (Void) Bolide's are available in different weights? You'd have to check. I've been throwing with a bomb shaped barrel all week long... you can see them in today's video... but I really like them. I doubt that 1g will make any difference at all. Especially with such a different shape compared to what you're used to. I would highly recommend Swiss Storm points with and of the Swiss darts though 👍🏻

@@robnewman7952 I give darts a recommendation at the end of all my videos based on how well they might work for an average recreational player because that's the target audience here. I also mention in many of my videos that the vast majority of pro players use the most basic darts there is. They use basic darts because they've been proven to be the most consistent type of darts for the past 40 years or so. I always strongly recommend that most players avoid the over machined, overpriced fancy darts that won't make you play any better. A nice basic dart is all you need in order to average over 90 to 100. If it's going to work well for an intermediate player it goes without saying that it will work well for a pro

I have barely thrown a dart in the last 8 years and am trying to decipher everything as things have changed quite a bit. I purchased the One80 h-22 from Amazon based your videos and I really like them, but I am a tinkerer and am thinking I would like to play around with different points.
