I wish target never would’ve came to Canada to begin with I wish the Zellers company broken away from the Hudson‘s Bay Company and be a company by itself and still would’ve kept it’s truly brand and we still would’ve had Zellers stores in most malls today as of 2018

Eaton, Zellers, Sears, Future Shop(integrated into the Best Buy brand), all gone. Radio Shack rebought by Circuit City and became The Source. Hudson Bay is struggling bad. I'm in my mid 30s and reminiscing about the old mall-shopping days makes me sad. I'm barely mall-shopping once a year anymore...

Zellers is revived by Hudsons Bay both online and in store, and The Source is closing now to be replaced by Best Buy Express

Zellers was the best! I always went to Zellers in Montreal at Place Vertu, which got replaced by Target and now a soon to be mega sports superstore.

There is not much retail competition now that Zellers and Target are gone.

TheUnixCube Who knows maybe in the future they’ll be retail competition once more in Canada someday. Some Canadian millionaires bound to open up a chain of stores in Canada

In my city we had 2 zellers one became a Walmart and one became a target🎯

Am I the only one who misses Target? I don't have many fond memories of me in Zellers, because I was a toddler when it was around, but I was 6-8 when Target was around, and I have some memories, like looking in the body care aisle, but others are just a blur. If I was born in the early 2000's, I would remember Zellers more. But, because I was born in 2007, I don't remember Zellers as much as Target. And I am 13 now, so don't give me any shit "yOuTuBe iS fOr 13+" replies.

Zellers closed before the damn.Google +.It was the popular store and they gave the sound of the end before.Nobodie heard that,there is only prophets and some repenting peoples.
