Most of us out here can’t afford to feed our families with the prices what they are and going up every day. I’d love to know how you do it. I’m sure a lot of us would. I eat healthy on a budget. As a senior citizen who worked all her life it’s a struggle. I settle for less and do more with what I can afford.

I read an article that said so many people signed a petition to bring the Mexican pizza back to Taco Bell and I think they are but in the Fall. Now you got me wanting to make them. I've never even had them from Taco Bell. I did try the crunchy taco wrap that you made, that was amazing.

I love the Quest chips. You’re right that they are not cheap. Sam’s club sells them in a pack of three Ranch and three Tortilla. They really satisfy when you want some crunch. I, also, like the Quest bars and cookies.

Those were some great choices you made Tiffany. The choices Khia made were like what I would want I'm a Libra too I love sweets, but I have some issues now in my older age with my arteries because I always had the attitude that" I do what I want". Wish now that I would have done things healthier like you're doing now. All though a lot of it for me is hereditary. Mexican pizza sounds so good I make homemade chicken & garlic pizza with homemade cauliflower crust sometimes it's great. Loved the treat for Fella so cute.

AZTECA SHELLS….. only place I can find them now is in a foodlion grocery store and it’s in the cold section near the cheese dips, pimento cheese, and chicken salad area kinda around the lunch meat stuff 😌

Hi Tiffany, My family always uses the raw flour thin tortilla from the refrigerated section from Costco, they are soooooo delish!! Just an FYI, get your skillet on a medium heat on the stove top, don’t put any oil at all in the pan, because the tortilla will not cook or puff up at all the right way, just put it in without any grease at all!! Keep your eye on it closely because as soon as they start to puff up you have to watch that the bottom dosen’t burn then you flip it and do the same on the other side! They taste Sooooo much better then the ready made flour tortilla’s you won’t be disappointed!!! Luv ya Tiff.

Make your own coffee creamer.... equal parts of half & half and sweetened condensed milk... add vanilla extract. Better for you and you know what you're drinking! Change up the vanilla extract for other flavorings. Or leave out and add your Torani syrups. They make some killer flavors.

For taco pizza I use pizza dough rolled out thin. I brown hamburger with 1 tbls of chilli powder, 1/2 tsp. of smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cornstarch, and 1/3 cup water. Top dough evenly with cooked hamburger mixture and shredded cheese. I grate the cheese myself from a block because I don't like eating insulation, that is what is added to cheese you buy already shredded. Bake until the crust is beautifully browned on the bottom. Top with tomato, onion, shredded lettuce, and sour cream. So good and healthier because you control the salt and fat content. The taco spice mixture above can be made leave out the water and stored in a air tight container for a least a year. This is great as a dry rub on roasted veggies and meats. If you want to use as a marinade add three tablespoons to 1/3 cup water.

Hi There 👋 Walmart has thin flour Tortillas. Romero's Casera Style Flour Tortillas. They are super thin and so Delicious!!! I have a bit of high cholesterol and I eat these. 66 calories, 2 grm fat, 1 grm saturated fat, cholesterol 0 grm, 11 grm of carbs and 119 mg. Of sodium. I made some crunchy chicken tacos with the and they are so light and thin and sooo flaky. So Delicious. You have to try them.😋

Hi Tiffany😀. Really enjoyed this haul. I hope you share with us how you make your taco pizza. I've never had one but it's sounds delicious. I would love that habanero cheese I LOVE SPICY STUFF. I use to buy jalapeño cream cheese then of course it could no longer be found. So I took cream cheese (softened) and chopped up fresh jalapeños & added to cream cheese. Now I always make my own😀 I LOVE IT ON CRACKERS. Have a wonderful blessed happy weekend. Love you and your family 💝 💞

The Azteca tortillas are carried at Kroger. They are in the cheese section. We love them for taco salad. I never thought about using them for taco pizza. Great idea.

Hi Tiffany, I enjoy watching your videos....I believe Aldis has those thin crispy taco shells that you can make taco pizza with or Mexican pizzas...they are small but thin and crispy. I have been using Naan bread they are healthy and you can make different kinds of pizzas on them ... I just make up a variety of pizzas the same night and just cut them up so every one can try different kinds. Like a taco pizza, BBQ chicken, sausage and cheese and pepperoni pizza ....you can put different sauces on them and any ingredients you might like. We love them for pizza night. You are awesome and you are such a good mom .

Yes another cook with me is coming :) So glad you are doing some of those again. Please do more date nights also!! I did the one for movie night in back of vehicle and it was a hit!! Thank you for sharing that idea. My boyfriend loved it. I barely got him to go back in the house that night. So much fun. I'm gonna do the paint and wine one next so I'll need more ideas after that. Khia went food crazy at Target, 😅. I was an only child and could buy whatever I wanted within reason. I don't ever remember my Mom saying no to anything. Those were the days, lol. I heard the tortillas for the Mexican pizza are a hybrid, corn and flour. I watched a KZbin video, one of my favorites, Sam the Cooking Guy. He did Taco Bell Mexican pizzas and we made them “following” what he did and they were super good!! You might wanna check it out just to see if he has any helpful hints, the sauce he made was spot on. (It’s an older video 6 months old or less maybe) It was easy and really close to a Taco Bell Mexican pizza.

Walmart has Lavash flat breads (rectangular) that are pretty good and very similar to tortilla's but have only 8 carbs for half of one. Still a little high in carbs but way lower than tortilla's.
