Happy birthday cayman! As a baker, based off the ingredients it seems that cake would have a chalky crumbly texture. So glad it was a hit for you. Rather than vanilla you can add a different extract maybe orange or lemon with the chocolate. Some many fun things you can do.

Cinnamon also lowers blood sugar. I had a regular physical and knew what my number was last time and I took cinnamon supplement and yep, it lowered it so yes cinnamon has many benefits. Just use ceylon cinnamon, not cassia which ceylon is labeled. Happy Birthday to Cayman!!!🎉🎊🎂🎈🎁
