I'm exactly like Dalin. I have a position that I've slept in since not birth, but a really long time. I can't sleep without a pillow between my knees. I use a thick blanket to prop my arm up instead of a body pillow. According to a Dr I've watched, Dallin and I are sleeping in the correct position, with the right support. Sleeping without the pillows pulls on your body while you're sleeping and increases pain. Love you guys!❤

I sleep with a body pillow as well and it keeps your hips in line, which is good for me with 1 nearly healed back fracture and 1 that is ongoing. Happy birthday Dallin

Video games started in our house at 7 unfortunately these days can’t avoid it much, though we have many rules -Mon-Fri 30 min each day ( they have to earn the 30 min) take the trash out ect. -Sat-Sun 1 hr limit each day again they have to earn it and it can’t be 1 hr all at once we do 30 min am 30 min pm. Games are to be chosen by parents, can’t be gifted
