I'm in my late forties. I grew up in the south where my grandmother used to make tea cakes for us. I loved them! Watching Jeena making them bring back those good memories!

Friendly reminder that the Target annual gross profit for 2022 was $31.042B, a 13.36% increase from 2021. They are not going to hurt from families returning worn clothes! It’s a very nice policy. Now, if this was for a small business I would think differently. This is a BILLION dollar corporation and not a mom and pop shop. Let yourselves be a bit “greedy” on this one 👌

Lol what a messed up perspective to have. Good morals should prevent a person from not being decent even if not being decent is accepted.

It was nice to see a policy that was catered towards children, the kids grow so quick sometimes there clothes still have tags on them when they outgrow them.

This comment comes a little too late regarding where to take the kids on an out-of-country trip, but l'd like to suggest that this summer or the next, perhaps, you take them to Vancouver/Victoria and then head on up on a family friendly cruise to Alaska. (For most people, the most scenic part of the trip is Vancouver to Juneau. Some head on farther to Anchorage, but l think to Juneau only is the better part.)

You said you just had him scan the one barcode. I'm assuming you didn't buy all those clothes in one visit. Where can I find this barcode that will look up any item that I purchased on the app?

I honestly have mixed feelings about this. What do they do with the items that are returned is the real question? Finding a store with a lenient return policy is a great thing. However, as a buyer, I would hate to buy any used clothing or clothes that have been sitting in someone else's house for an entire year buyer. Thanks for sharing.
@HeyThereWilders
@HeyThereWilders 2 жыл бұрын
Not sure what they do with them after, I know the policy states they accept the clothes in any condition so I can't imagine they put them back on the shelf.
@YT02886

I read in an article that they donate the clothing which helps them with taxes as well as it helps countries in need.

It doesn't seem right to get reimbursed for clothes you've used...ultimately the money you're getting back raises prices over all for everyone, I would think.

It's company policy it was created to help parents keep purchasing clothing for their kids as they grow at target. The more trips to target the more your likely to spend on other things as well. Plus they do donate all those returned clothes as a part of their outreach programs.
