You saying a quality rotation player? Bro has potential to be one of the best perimeter defenders in the league. Gives me major OG Anunoby vibes. Maybe not some all star, but a very high end starter

@@josh_cohen_nba He is the backup 3 right now. He'll get around 25 mins a night probably. I mean the only thing in his way is Cam Whitmore. They will battle out for the SF of the future in a few years.

Yeah his nose for the ball is awesome, both in terms of getting loose balls, finding deflections and just out of nowhere rebounds, the comp is probably like a more wing / forward version of Josh Hart, though given his size there's a little more potential ceiling. He seems like one of those Kawhi Leonard type of wings that just have massive claws and rip ball away and can corral a lot of loose balls more effectively than other players. His feel on floaters / layups was atrocious in the first half of his rookie year, and that's where the main problem was, sometimes he just bricking wide open layups for no reason (and usually this is followed by hilarious reaction tweets from his mom), this seems more like a speed of the game / over eagerness issue, the second year unfortunately was cut short by a weird stress reaction but largely we have a guy who's offense isn't great but servicable and a lot of super interesting abilities on defense. Offensively who knows if there is any type of player that might end up with a much higher offensive game than their early few season suggest its probably a big wing type with serious tools. The other question we don't know is if his game scales up well if he's playing big minutes every game, though I guess as Josh Hart shows sometimes there are people that are really just true energy bunnies and keep going and going and going all 48.

Eason's already very good, he's a guaranteed starter and elite role player with untapped offensive potential to be a star, he reminds me of Gerald Wallace, Ron Artest, and Kawhi Leonard
