Trivia: San Julian, Moncada, Tarlac portion of MacArthur Highway was the accident site of actor AJ Perez, leading to his death on April 17, 2011 (Palm Sunday or first day of Holy Week 2011) and funeral at Manila Memorial Park in Parañaque on April 26, 2011 (three days after Easter 2011 on April 23, 2011). These events also happened 12, 14, 3, and 5 days before the coffin of Pope John Paul II was transferred on April 29 that led to his beatification on May 1, 2011 by his successor Pope Benedict XVI (died on December 31, 2022 and funeral January 5, 2023 11-12 years later), respectively.

Oo at Hindi, kasi ang bayan ng Capas at ang bayan Concepcion pinaghatihan ang "Bayan" ng Murcia(San Agustin) Act No. 930 Oct. 8, 1903 ngayon ay barangay Murcia(Capas/Concepcion) ang bahagi malapit sa MacArthur Hwy. ay sakop ng Capas at ang sa likod ay sakop ng Concepcion. Meroon kalye dyan, yun po ang boundary.

17 original towns(pueblos) of Tarlac Province: Camiling, Concepcion, Victoria, Tarlac (the capital), Gerona, Paniqui, Moncada, Capas, Murcia, Bamban, Anao, Pura, La Paz, O’Donnell(Patling), San Clemente, Moriones, and Santa Ignacia. Act No. 930, or “An Act reducing the seventeen municipalities of the province of Tarlac to nine” which was enacted on 8 October 1903. Tarlac (including Moriones, portions of Murcia and La Paz [except Kaut]), Concepcion (including portions of Murcia and the La Paz barrio of Kaut), Capas (including O’Donnell and portions of Murcia), Paniqui (including Anao), Camiling (including Santa Ignacia and San Clemente), and Pura (including Gerona). Noong 2007, after 26 years ako sa US, binisita ko yung pinsan ko at ang pamilia nya na nasa sa Iba, Zambales, it took approx. 3 1/2 hrs. ang biyahe from Capas to Iba, ngayon mga 1hr. na lang siguro. Maganda talaga ang mga ginawang expressways, iwas sa mga traffic congested towns.
