Regarding your comment at 16:50 for Ser Loth, I run hatchet for staggers and tank with 100 con with blooddrinker. Very high damage and sustainability (3-6k light attacks from hatchet which has high attack speed), but this approach requires dodging. Finisher offhand for disaster recovery and +15% damage.

Unfortunately I don’t think hatchet will be the play, as optimal dps setups for the rest of the group require the 10% empower from leadership. SwSh also has more rend than hatchet. I also believe flail to be an optimal offhand as bludgeon has high value in certain instances.
