I don't think the complaint about The High Priestess is about it being copied from the Santa Muerte deck, but about how the sugar skull on THP seems very out of place in a deck that claims to be a medieval deck.

Although the Deck didn’t really appeal to me (I don’t know why, but it just didn’t), I do like the fact most of the actors appeared to have aged out of their teens and 20’s. They actually appeared to have some life experiences. I also totally enjoyed your comments as you went through the deck. I chuckled my way through the entire video, “when you need a carrot…”

Thank you for showing us this deck and also for telling us about your problems with the damaged flat envelope/mailer. I am flabbergasted that he would ship them out that way. He has a new Kickstarter going on now for the second printing of this deck. I went back and read the comments for the first one and he didn't seem to apologize or take any responsibility for the ones that got damaged, except to offer to send out a new tuck box. As though the cards themselves could not get damaged! I don't know if I like the deck well enough to back it, but especially if he isn't going to pack them properly.

My Beyond the Rainbow deck was shipped in one of those thin plastic envelopes, no bubbles for protection either. Just the naked box of cards in that thin envelope and all eight corners of the cheap tuck box were smashed. I said to myself if the cards are damaged I am going to complain but thankfully the cards made it through safely. I always enjoy your tarot deck reviews, lots of fun commentary, you're the best.

There are some cards I really like, and some cards I just REALLY don't. Some of them just don't really make sense. Apparently, especially for that price, I just dislike too many cards too much more than I like the ones I like. If it was $25 on Amazon, I'd maybe get it. It should be mass market priced.

I was thinking of backing this. But to misspell judgement. Come on. Yet some of the cards really work but most are really badly put together- where’s the shading? I know it’s a major task but when you are advertising/selling us a premier deck you have to live up to it- just saying I like it but for $60 plus dollars no, not this time. Maybe after a overhaul- maybe. My wife spent days even and on some weeks tweaking the light and shadow and tones so it looked real, so I get it I know what goes in to creating a deck. But sadly she died before she finished her deck. Anyway I like the feel of the deck some cards are stunning but no. Not this time.

I think I would have liked the deck better if the artist chose between the highly photoshopped or candid rennfaire pic aesthetics. The inconsistency between the two puts me off. The shipping was awful, mine arrived okay but I know I was lucky.

Unfortunately, I backed this Kickstarter. I haven't opened the deck yet. After watching this video, I will probably post it for sale on a FB group unopened. It's just not my thing. Neither was the Somnia Tarot (I didn't back). I should have known I wouldn't like it with photos of real people. Your video walk throughs are my favorite. You are a hoot!

I got mine today and I was very disappointed. Mine was shipped in a thin plastic envelope. Even though they wrapped the deck on one piece of bubble wrap, it still got dents on the box. The deck itself is a disappointment. I love the images, but they are not as bright as on the website. Not at all. They even look a bit darker. The backs are an ugly beige antiqued color. And the paper is thin. Not at all what I expected. For the price, it should have been printed on better paper and it should have been shipped in a box.

Can't get this deck in the UK for less than £100 + postage - me thinks not. It's all a bit masonic, but not surprising with the 'artist's surname, lol. They can keep their crusty ol' kings, but I love the review. The carrot quip made my day :)

I really loved the deck in the kickstarter campaign, but I'm glad I didn't buy it. I think the artwork is patchy and stretched and that is a definite deck nono for me. Thank you for always letting us seeeeee.
