It is normal. Just get the habit of writing them right after you wake up. It doesn't matter if it is just a phrase or you start forgetting what you were writing about, that's enough. With time, your mind will get used to recalling dreams and not deleting them right after you wake up. I've been doing it for years and now I can remember even two or three dreams, with the details and the whole plot. It’s crazy to later read and analyze them 😂
