TARP AND BIVVY GARDEN CAMP | 24 HOUR HALAL RATION PACK REVIEW

Due to the current situation across the globe (we won't mention it) I am unfortunately confined to camping in my garden. So I'm making the best of a bad situation and filming videos from there until this all blows over. The first one is this tarp and bivvy camp where I reviewed a couple of Welsh ciders that were bought for me and a 24 hour Halal Ration Pack. I used my OEX Bush Pro Tarp and Alpkit Hunka bivvy bag. I set the tarp up in a simple lean to configuration with one end closed off using 2 trekking poles.

Hey there Tom, firstly I'm a big fan of your channel and posts and though I don't want to be "that guy" I feel compelled to say the following: there is nothing "quite nice" about halal ! it is a barbaric and backward practice that serves no purpose. It subjects living sentient creatures to completely unnecessary suffering being fully aware and conscious while they have their throats cut without being pre stunned (Pre-stunning is the LAW of the land) as 'pre stunned' meat is not considered halal, .....and all in the name of a religion. Religious rights do NOT trump animal welfare rights !! and animals are not religious !!! Don't take my word for it, there are plenty of secret filming videos online as evidence of this.

Hi Tom Nice to see you still posting👌 I have a box of various ales I've promised to an American vloging friend to review but the temptation has been too much so the box is dwindling. I bought an OEX ultralight chair a month ago so haven't used it in anger yet but it's really comfortable. We'll be back in the wild soon I've done one Gcamp got another later this month as part of Abbie Barnes great garden campout. Went too Somerset many years ago and the locals in the winter warmed their scrumpy before drinking it. Still tasted nice. Cheers my friend

Enjoyed the video as alway, how about a Tom WorksOut (Outdoors) video. It would be interesting to see what you can come up with and would fill a little time. My usual gym trainers are doing live classes which is a good distraction and keeping me fit. Stay safe.

I have never had the blue. purple or white caps of the fruit explosion. I would also agree that the apple energy drink is he best of the energy drinks. I did an experiment where I mixed the cola powder with carbonated water and mixed it, it was not quite a real cola but it did work

Hi Tom Glad you got a good supply of booze. Love the way you say it doesn't taste cheap. I've had some expensive beer and cider that tastes like poison. If it tastes nice I don't care what it costs. But I do like my Thatchers . Nice idea you mixing your kit to use. As for the food. A bloke at work got a high metabolism skinny as a rake . All he eats is crisps biscuits. And drinks full fat coke . Hi Tom, love your vids as you know, but eating ritually slaughtered meat is not the same as eating regular meat, even though folk avoid saying anything about Halal it is still ritual slaughter. This doesn't alter my opinion on your vids mate, I think you're a lovely bloke , I just think most people don't know what the Halal process entails. ATB.
