I saw another video where the big guy just literally casually walked over there and put all of the huge weight on that man until the man just literally stop moving and they already had him down on his stomach hands behind his back.

Oh excuse..oh this is first time that this has ever happened, so does that mean we get a jail free pass on this one even though we train the officers and they weren’t just hired but been on job there for 9yrs but didn’t know their training they all should be in trouble.

Check for versed or ketamine injections… causes heart to stop. Could look like heart attack. Blame pepper spray might be covering real cause.
