You lost me on the first one. Olive oil has a low heat point. It's for salads, not so much for sauting. I switched to avocado oil as it has a high smoke point for cooking

Avocado oil is great! As long as you don't heat olive oil hot enough to smoke then it's good for sauteing too (but not frying) :) @@lisawende5161

Depending on where you walk a phone is a good idea for safety. Just don’t take it out of your pocket unless there is one. All great ideas. Really enjoying your videos! 😊

This is true. My MIL was bitten by a dog while on a walk alone. She definitely needed her phone to call for help.

If you don't want to buy the breadmaker (I miss mine), try Doris Grant's no-knead loaf (plenty of recipes online). So simple and it works amazingly.

I put all of my social media on my laptop and noticed a big difference! I highly recommend it. I find if im on social media too much i feel down. I take long breaks from it and not having it on my phone helps a lot with that.

Yes avoid olive oil at high temperatures as it becomes very unhealthy under high heat.

I use a tablespoon or so of coconut oil when frying foods, even eggs. I imagine that's a healthy alternative too and I don't notice a coconut flavour.

i wake up at 5am everyday i do stretching for 10 minutes then brush my teeth, do my skincare put on jazz music then drink hot water with apc, wake my kuds at 6am prepare their breakfast, make my husband a coffee and after everybody left for school and work i also go out for a walk for 2 hours then go home that’s my everyday routine 😊 i eat at12noon. I do laundry every MWF😊i’m a stay at home mom for 15 years now.🇯🇵
