Some of the best gameplay I've seen humans do is when they use certain attacks to move away from thier opponent then bait them. N this tas adon is doing a perfect job of that example lol

So how does the Double KO system work in this game? The first one awards a victory icon to no one, yet Sagat (2P) receives one when it happens again. My guess is that no victories are awarded unless a Double KO occurs in the third round AND either 1P or 2P does not have a victory icon leading up to the third round. So Adon would've received a "D" icon had Sagat won the second round.

Correct, there’s a max no of consecutive rounds which can be had. I believe it’s 4 in total with a standard 2 round win system.

No, it's TAS (Tool assisted speedrun) Which means that the game was just tampered with as in; they used save states, slow downs to avoid attacks, and this all just falls into a neat video of near perfection since TAS videos usually have either the most impossible or the most fastest
