It's a tool assited speedrun (TAS). That means it is mostly played in slow-mo, edited frame by frame to achieve the best run possible. I advise you look up what a TAS is. Then you can look at trackmania. And then you can come back here and fully appreciate this aha. But to answer your question, no, this does not make me sick.
