In case anyone is confused, superdash is not refering to a speedrunning technique, it is an option which modifies the dash (a kind of cheat/variant). That's why you see the player curving their dash. This is just an alternate category of TAS. (apologies if I'm completely wrong about anything/everything.)

this is not a speedrun it is modified, if you have played Celeste you will know that at the end of the game it will give you two modes, the assistance and the variant that is the purple icon that appears at the end of the video. you can increase the speed of the game by 160% and also enable the Supersprint which is basically double jump, and to make it go through each obstacle without taking damage you can also enable invincibility.

The superdash they are refering to is just the long dash you can enable in the settings Kinda confusing naming cause there's already a movement option that is called a super (jumping out of a normal dash) Anyways, this longer variant of the dash yields even more insane results when paired with movement options like the hyper and ultras
