I honestly don't know, because I assume that Gogeta SSJ4 has SSG because in GT, the Saiyans gave their power to Goku in order to defeat Baby Vegeta. And When Goku and Vegeta fused, Gogeta SSJ4's hair became red. This seems out of topic, but Gogeta's power scaling is unknown if we compare it to Cabba's. 🤔
