You can't. It's tool assisted. And if you look real closely, Akuma was canceling his fireballs with his air kick.

Me fijé que Evil Ryu tenía racha de 15 victorias asi que me puse a teorizar quienes son los otros 3 que no venció (SFEX Plus Alpha tiene 21 personajes en total pero no contaremos a los Cycloids) y segun yo (Lo mas probable es que me equivoque) los otros 3 que no han sido derrotados fueron M. Bison, Garuda y Akuma. No cuento a Ryu normal porque obviamente no puedes estar en dos lugares al mismo tiempo haha y no.
