It was never finished because the development team decided to give Zelda and Sheik the same stage. This makes sense, as before Smash 4 they were technically the same character. They're still technically the same person, but that's irrelevant. Anyway, my point is that the only way to play Sheik's stage is by hacking, and, as you saw in the video, it's not at all complete.

DarsanUchiha With unique textures and everything. Melee was an improvement in every single way over SSB, only 2 years between releases! Brawl was 7 years after Melee, and didn’t improve a single thing except graphics! Just took out a lot of great content and replaced it with gimmicky shit, and slowed the gameplay down to a crawl. I was devastated because I probably put 500+ hours into Melee, and it ended up remaining the superior game

SylvesterrSan I mean, I definitely messed up at least a couple times. I'm not going to spend like two months finding the most optimal route for each character. I experimented a bit beforehand finding out the best route I could. Plus this was my first time TASing in probably 6+ months and even before that I had only done a couple. It's good, but it's not as good as it could have been.

Munby Pretty much my exact reaction. Also, I'm not a TASer, but isn't it kind of like... Bad sportsmanship to shoot 4 lasers when 2 would do? If those 2 could have been easily timed and aimed independently, why use a barrage? Especially in a TAS. It just seems... I dunno.

Shine Spark this is the answer. If I remember correctly, Roy had to get a target through a wall which was only possible with his neutral B, and YL had to shoot an arrow in a curved direction through a hole that fox cannot get to.

I could hit it with multiple different moves, like f-tilt, d-tilt, forward smash, etc. and for the one on the bottom, I know that now. You can use shine turnaround b-air to hit it which I did try, but the window for actually hitting it is so small that I didn't when I tried it out.

It was meant to be a separate target test probably because Sheik was originally meant to be a separate character, but since they fused her and Zelda they scrapped her target test stage and never finished it. You can't access it through the normal game, it's only in the files.
