it's an exclusive interaction from Sgroove meter in EX groove, the hard part is canceling oniyaki into super, it works because the supercancel from the oniyaki somehow removes the restriction of reusing the super or fireballs that is normally placed after you freeze the enemy S groove doesnt't have super cancel normally and it seems even an antiair freeze super isn't enough to bypass these restrictions( i tried against a dummy in training mode) so yeah it's very viable but not available without ex groove
