Icarus, unlike most other precision hacks, is actually pretty easy. Of course it's still precise, and there are a few frame tight or frame perfect inputs, but it's audience is pretty expanded towards the normal Kaizo community and not just a small portion of like 20-30 people. Now hundreds and maybe thousands could try a precision hack! I can recommend this to people who are pretty decent at Kaizo and want a bigger challenge.
