This is Mega Man 5 (ＵＳＡのロックマン５) played by GlitchMan ( tasvideos.org/... ), in an improvement of 1 minute and 22 seconds over the previous run. Improvements include several new glitches involving the Super Arrow ( tasvideos.org/... ) and new strategies for two of the boss fights.
