TAS means (Tool-Assisted-Speedrun), although the proper label for this video should be TAP (Tool-Assisted-Play). This kind of play is done using emulators and savestates. There's no hack or cheat. Sol going backwards and all that weird stuff are bugs from the game due to all the weird commands the maker of the video pulled during the recording. It's really hilarious. I recommend you to watch other TAS videos so you can see how crazy are.
