Even glitchless you can do it in a little over 1 hour? Awesome! Also, all my Sonic 3 & Knuckles 14 emeralds real hardware saves got corrupted NOOO

@@Tuffcracker I turned on the console and the game started okay, then I went to the file menu and the game crashed, restarted as a glitched Sonic and Knuckles, then restarted again as Blue Spheres! After playing the stage it gave me I blew in both carts and inserted them well and my Tails and Knuckles files were completely gone, and my Sonic file was at Zone 7 with 7 emeralds!

@@megadriveleo oh geez, yeah seems like the product of a dirty cartridge i would not recommend blowing into the cartridge, as doing so can damage the pins, i would get a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol, put some isopropyl on the q-tip, and clean the pins and around the pins

@@Tuffcracker I have isopropyl but I’m lazy, I really shouldn’t be, but I try to make sure my breath is dry in order to not put too much moisture on the game

48:52 I’ve also encountered that glitch, the boss music doesn't play when you hit the Egg Golem too early as Super/Hyper Sonic.

Well what else do you expect, aren't the Emeralds generally the only thing TO collect in the original Sonic trilogy? The medals and stuff don't come until Mania, 3&K's bonus stages are purely for power ups and 1 ups.
