That's a round error, there are a lot of games with precise timing that can do that. (Wii golf and rhythm games like StepMania)

ソニックワールドアドベンチャーというタイトルのゲームです。 PS3版とXbox360版は内容は同じですが、Wii版はステージやシステムが全く違います。 興味があれば調べてみて下さい。
