This TAS isn't heavily optimised, and is meant as a demonstration of a 0 star completion. We're going to work on optimisating it further and we hope to get the time under 6 minutes!

Reminds me of how Thousand-Year Door speedruns searched for faster ways to reach the teleporter room early and skip most of the game. The half-joke suggestion of "just clip through the door lol" ended up being exactly right; using absurdly precise positioning and movements, Mario simply walks through the corner of the door.

I like 64 DS TAS speedruns better than OG 64 ones. The DS game is harder to break, so the glitches come off as more interesting and impressive to me. Also, warp door by falling through floor is a good tounge twister.

Those years I was in high school . But, I got Super Mario 64 DS for Christmas in 2011. It's still one of my favorite games to play. Some levels are harder than others, but, when I watch Mario videos, it makes me keep trying to beat those levels. I'm glad you like Mario games too.

I got a GameCube and a Gameboy advance a year afterward and played Mario Advance 4 a lot, then got into Mario 64 ds a year after that. It was a golden age 😂. My mom enjoyed playing the mini games like the snowball and wanted ones especially

I love the Wanted game and my score is in the 200's in Mario 64 DS, but, it's in the 100's in The New Super Mario Brothers DS. I love Wario's Card Game and my score is 27 in it, I know, not very high. The beginning part of Wario's Card Game song reminds me of Tim McGraw's Can't Really Be Gone song, makes me cry everytime I listen to Tim's song. I love how there's 4 characters in the DS version instead of just Mario.
