Really loved these last couple videos. You don’t give yourself enough credit, your creativity and funky rhythms is what always brings me back and as far I can tell the tracking is perfect the way they are. Keep rockin pink 🤙

This track sounds like a lost session from Beefheart's Safe as Milk. Amazing.

Man.. You got the SK-1. Yeah! Special sauce! You can't beat an old and vintage Casio now and then. In fact i'm really enjoying the way you are doing what you do and this sharing of the process is inspired. I think Lee Scratch Perry when i see you doing your thing!!! Yeah man!!!!

Appreciate that man. Yeah a few people have mentioned Lee Scratch Perry to me a few times now. I’ve listened to a little bit of his music. Glad you dig this stuff 🤙

Ahhhh. I had figured that was a p-bass from your last vid. That sound is iconic and just works so well in every mix. Great stuff here! I love that 388 mid fi sound. You and Shawn Lee should collab. On a side note: I found an sk1 at the local thrift here last month, definitely has some interesting tones. This is inspiring.

Yeah the P bass I got a couple of years ago. And don’t know what I was doing before that haha. Yeah the 388 is cool machine. When I show my friends stuff I make on this machine they can always tell and they don’t know anything about tape or digital or any of that stuff. So that tells me I’m not the only one that can hear the sound. Agree. When you need the sk1 it’s always there for ya.
