I was an alcoholic for 10 years , I was addicted to heroin for 2. My life consisted of prison, violence and total dark misery. But that was until Jesus Christ came into my life 2 years ago when I got myself away to rehab after my last jail sentence. This song touches me very deeply every time I sing this song I start to cry very hard because I can feel gods presence surrounding me. November 16, 2018 I almost lost my life I had a feeling the whole week I was going to die before my birthday but I prayed and prayed and ask god to keep me covered and protect me , as I was driving on 95 I was listening to For Your Glory by Tasha and whenever I would drive home from work this late I would always play this song and have it on repeat , because their is a part in this song that is so powerful to me that says " Lord if I find favor in your side lord lord please hear my hearts cry , I'm desperately waiting to be were you are. " I remember I kept telling god please watch over me lord. Please God watch over me . Then moments later all I could remember was me screaming and smoke coming out of the car and a burning feeling from my arms which was actually covered in blood from the air bags. I was able to come to my senses in so much pain and able to escape from the car crying saying thank you god omg I can't believe it I can't believe it ! , I could've lost my life but God you said different. Yes I lost my car but that wasn't the only thing I lost. I lost my job , I was financially unstable , I lost faith , I lost hope , I gave up on school I lost it all that year. I cryed almost everyday , everyday , day through night. I cryed and prayed and called out too God. One day God woke me up and told me he is going to fill me up with an overflow. God blessed me with a Job with a better position. A couple months after. God spoke too me and told me to go to the dealership he is going to bless me with a 2019 car of my dreams. I bet you I walked out of that dealership with the car I always said I wanted same color , same model everything I manifested for was right in front of my eyes. From their I remember I told God I don’t ever want to be broke. I always want to have something in my pockets and God sure kept his promise. I never went broke I finished school and got my degree. When I tell you GOD IS AMAZING AND ALWAYS ON TIME HE WILL SURE FILL YOU UP ! He will overflow you and put your enemies to shame ! I want to run over fill me up GOD !

I was in ICU a few weeks ago. I had received a life changing diagnosis. I was scared, weak, sick, but knew this was all Gods plan. I kept thinking this is just adding to my testimony. The nurses were changes shifts from day to night. My night nurse came in and noticed I was crying. She ask me if she could pray with me. As she began praying, the other nurses came into my tiny ICU room. They began to lay their hands on me. I started sharing my testimony. The nurse from another room ask if she could join. There were 4 nurses in my tiny room in ICU...my nurse began playing praise and worship music. Tasha came on and this exact song. I've never experienced the Holy Spirit so strong and of all places in an ICU room. The nurses were praising God and giving him thanks. It was like we all were having church in ICU. I will never forget that as long as I live. It was an amazing moment filled with God's presense. I didn't want it to end. Thank you Tasha for singing so powerful and meaningful!!!

i was broken hurt and bruised. a boy with a broken identity, who believed he was born homosexual. the deeper the lust and the sexual encounters, the emptier i felt. Emptier and emptier. i had no joy nor peace in my life, i had a distorted view of what love is, and yet it did not satisfy me, deep down i knew that my lifestyle was wrong, but i was bound by chains and fetters, i started drinking, i started cutting myself to feel. my sexual encounters became more and more sick, and one evening, when i went with someone i never met and never knew, i hit rock bottom, i was so broken, i was so overwhelmed by the weight of my sinful life. i was sinking deep in sin, i was far from the Peaceful shore, but the Master of the Sea came and lifted me out of the pit of destruction. Jesus Christ was with me when i did the filthiest things, He was calling me back to Father everyday. One evening, the weight of my sin was so strong and weighed me down like a 1000 ton of cement, the Holy Spirit convicted me of the life i was living, homosexuality, alcoholism, lust, self-mutilation, self-centeredness, pride, lying... as I was feeling all of this, the Father manifested His LOVE, GRACE & MERCY to me through Jesus Christ. I never felt such love - He moved with such authority yet with such LOVE and COMPASSION. I knew that there is a GOD. Now saved am i, cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, i am dead to my sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus. Now my life is a declaration to the Messiah, HE is The Way, The Truth & The Life. I have tasted and seen that the Lord is good! Washed and cleansed by the precious Blood of my Jesus Christ! HALLELUJAH!!!!! Psalm 40:2-3 "He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet on a rock, and established my steps. +Romario Hughes I was a backslider and turned atheist for a long time. God tried to get me back to him from fall of 2013, but it was hard to. Long story but an amazing miracle happened in 2015, God started to open me back up to Jesus messiah, but that was tough too. Finally in Oct/15 Jesus knocked at the door of my heart and I opened it a crack. Then more and more by the first week of November/15 he fully entered into my life and it was with a conviction of my sins. Along with that came the most overwhelming love I've ever experienced. I always heard about Jesus as Savior, but he showed me each of my wrongs/sin that he died for. So I've been praying and fasting asking Creator to rip each evil trait out of me and fill me up with the Spirit of God. I"m starting to now see some changes. If you pray for a relationship with Creator and Jesus, pray on your knees, fast at least once a week to weaken the flesh nature, and ask Creator and Jesus to rip the sins out of you (I remember they called it cleanse in church) ask to Love Creator and Jesus and to experience their love and teaching instructions to you, then I promise you it will happen for you. I want this more than the next breath and I promised God that no matter what happened to me I'd pray for this each day until I die. The lying devils results are something God has needed to instruct me on because I didn't even believe in it when i was atheist. Now that I'm identifying God is instructing me not to focus on devil and give it more power, but to now focus all my spirit and choice on faith, belief and trust in Creator. I'm praying for you.
