This made me emotional. I've waited so long for Aljaz to have a strong partner and my gosh, this was poetic! The storytelling, the choreography - I never thought I'd enjoy a dance to Misty Blue like I did Danny & Oti's but this was absolutely stunning. Week 2! I called it when the pairing was announced and I'll say it again, we're watching the champs right here. Also both of them as people just seem so lovely and wholesome, I love their partnership!

The beauty of ballroom is watching two bodies join and move as one together, gliding across the dance floor. Tasha and Aljaz are the perfect example of that. This dance was graceful, elegant and sincere; Tasha is a joy to watch and I am sure she will be in the final.

Tasha's dance experience is much more talked about than JB's. And even if we compare their different dance experiences, Tasha is new to Ballroom/Latin but JB isn't as he won the Christmas edition already so I'm not sure what your point is. Also Layton from last year got lots of heat on him because he faced trolls over being gay and black, whereas I think the public will warm to Tasha as she's phenomenal and also deaf. Jamie will probably attract the most heat for that considering he won the latest Strictly Christmas show so his dance experience will appear the most prominent to most viewers. Tasha will make the final but won't win, probably coming second to Chris (fan favourite).

I actually think she’ll probably come out better, maybe not win, but Layton is also a gay black man and that undoubtedly was the major reason behind why he got so much hate along with the experience. We knew Layton wasn’t winning from the beginning bc of the racism and homophobia he was subject to, but Tasha doesn’t have those things hindering her

Beautiful! But yet again..someone who can hardly be called a novice to dance. Lovely as this is to watch..the interesting thing of the show's premise to me is seeing the one's new to dance. The fun lies is seeing how differently such people take to it. Some love it and yet simply lack any natural talent but their enjoyment is a joy to watch , some turn out to be actually naturally talented and it is amazing to see to what heights they can soar

@@lily__e Ah there comes the defence which never works "she's a novice to the style"..it doesn't work because dance experience is dance experience. Tasha actually has had ballet lessons as a kid, she studied street dance, she dance in a bar and she attended Creative Acadamy Slough which defines is curriculum as "The aim of the Creative Academy is to offer practice based industry standard training, alongside rigorous academic study that reflects the cultural diversity within the dance industry. Thus creating dance practitioners and technicians that can excel in the diverse professional market." So no dice dear..your excuse holds no water! Anyway..like I said..this was beautiful. I just feel they should do either a competition for only newbees, or one wih those with quite extensive dancetraining/experience who are nevertheless not pro dancers or they should not present a mix of the two in competition form. Just make a nice dance show. Btw "weigh her score down" LOL we all know this scoring is often highly biased. Shirley for one will generally be way more favorable to cute guys. And she for sure gave the game away when she showed to accidentally give a different score than she was supposed to. The BBC clearly always has the couples they want the jury to particularly push.

Next is Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec dancing the Viennese Waltz. I only didn't like two things about this and that is 1 I don't like how the background colour and the pairing colour matched I couldn't see them as much as I wished too and 2 I felt the dance was to quick I wanted them too slow down so I could enjoy the dance because it was so beautiful and emotional and I wanted to savour it like a nice meal but those are the only negatives I have to say, the positive I could be here all night if I write down everything so the thing I will say is Tasha reminds me of so meany amazing female Celeb dancers on strictly Abbey Clancy at first but now when Kara Tointon did her Waltz with Artem the two dances paralleled each other the same beautiful way, this was so amazing.
