Looks great. Have you thought about adding cabinet doors to the bottom shelves? Would give you lots of storage and you don't need to make anything inside "look pretty" just shove it in!

We really don't need more storage, and one day they will just be more space for dog memories, and I'd probably want to remove the doors, so for now I'll probably just use some baskets in those!

@@TashaLeelyn I just wanted to write back and say that my heart goes out to you in the loss of your puppers. I worked in veterinary emergency medicine, as well as rescue for 12 years, and I had to walk away because it took such a toll on my mental health. It's so hard to lose them. I hope you have a great support system and allow yourself to get help when needed. I know first hand how heavy it can be on your mental health. ♥

I liked the first terracotta only in the shade and not in the light. Too orange-y! I love the one you went with and also Summer's Eve is pretty (multiple coats)! Maybe you can use that on another project.
