Great Video! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Weydaniel Organized Dominator (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one of a kind product for getting 7000 plus project management and business templates minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work colleague at last got excellent results with it.

I would suggest adding in due date that would auto move items to urgent as they became so. Secondly, a unique ID column would be helpful for tracking purposes

Wonderful! I loved this. My requirement in this excel is getting to know the completed task with the date and time. This would really help me to look back which all activities I have completed and when. For Example - If I am performing any task which was important and urgent for me but the task was for another person after I completed the task the person says after a month's time I don't remember when you have done that, therefore, in this case, I must have a proof. I would really appreciate if you could add the completed activities in another sheet with the date and time. Again, Thank you for this wonderful video.

I was expecting you to explain or describe how you created the template but that is not what you did. I think using the template for planning or scheduling purposes is not a challenge but creating the template seems to be more important and helpful.

excel blocked macros- so matrix is useless
