What’s so sweet about this is apparently they’d asked him to do it for a few years and he turned it down because he didn’t know what it was, but his best friend and neighbour Paul O’Grady loved it and kept egging him on to do it, so he signed up. Unfortunately Paul died not long before filming of this series but he decided to do it anyway, and he said it really helped him by giving him something to do in the aftermath, and by the end he was having fun. I think Paul would’ve loved it!

There was even an article written about their strange but entertaining dynamic. Alex and Greg have also mentioned and even read fanfic about them in that context.

I can't decide who I want to be my favorite for this season. Lucy and Sam can f*ck off. Neither are funny and Lucy is beyond weird and I can't tell if it's deliberate or not. So it's a toss up between Julien, who I absolutely love, Sue and Susan.
