Task wasnt funniest dance, it was best dance and hughs consisted of two grown men climbing on each other, bowing and an admittedly impressive little ballet jump at the end, sadly thats not enough to save it.

nah mels was absolute phenomenal, it was creative, funny, used different camera angles, elegant in a way, and aesthetically pleasing. she should have gotten 1st place hands down.

@@corvus2512 Agreed, but that wasn't how it was judged. Joe's was the most basic by far. Noel's wasn't much better than Joe's, but he placed alongside Mel, who was clearly the best. Hugh should have been 3rd if it was judged by choreography. But the show is it's all about Greg's whimsy, and that makes for a lot of funny moments like his reaction to Hugh here.

I absolutely loved Hugh’s dance. It made me smile and laugh the whole way through. I don’t understand why Greg insulted it so harshly, or why everyone laughed at his ‘joke,’ because it wasn’t funny. Even if you didn’t like it, Greg, Hugh obviously put a lot of thought into it and seemed to genuinely enjoy doing it. His face right when he heard the insult, too... That just broke my heart.

Mark and Nish made such a lovely song and Aishling, Bob and Sally made such a nightmarish hilarious one. I thought there was amazing chemistry between all 5, Nish and Mark were genuinely happy for each other if they scored A point lol.
