They are two very different tasks. This one was to get them to do something stupid and look funny that way. With food tasks you also always have the question of "does Alex have to try it and judge it or will they make me eat it" The "make the biggest mess and clean it up" was more of a strategic task where they had to balance their mess making with saving time for cleanup.

What I love about this series of Taskmaster is that this group is very chill with each other. There’s no one like super competitive. While watching some competitive people get worked up (to a point) can be fun, I liked how goofy this group was.

The more I watch this show, the more I start to understand that the best way to win is to complete the task by getting around as many rules as you can. Do not play the game the way it was meant to be played. Come up with the stupidest idea you can think of that still technically follows the rules and run with it. I kind of like the way they crafted this. Show it on one person so you look at the other sandwiches and go "oh fuck, they have to eat this". That's what makes the reveal of Noel's so much better. You know what the second half is and so you know it's gonna be hilarious.

Depends how you define exotic. He had salmon (common), ham (common), pesto (common), avocado (common), and was that banana or cheese? Doesn't matter. Most of his ingredients were common individually, just odd put together. Though Hugh definitely got shafted here because that's also the same thing Joe and Lolly did.

Well. My instinct upon hearing the first task was to gaffer tape one slice of bread on each side of the building and call that my sandwich. I am still somewhat stumped as to how I would tackle the second task, however.
