Bocaue to Meyc lang pero an hour ang travel time? Homaygod. Ang tagal. Anyway, maganda to kasi ung mga ayaw magwork sa Manila, may mapapasukan sa mga probinsya. Ang tanong lang, provincial rate ang sweldo. You can't save much pero kung sa Manila ka magwork, you can earn a little more pero kelangan mo magrent para di ka uwian everyday. Mag pros and cons pero nasa tao naman yan. I am all for distributing the wealth pero dpat fair lahat. Walang provincial rate.

Yes. That is the question and I am sure na no ang sagot. I have talked to many people working sa BPO sa probinsya and they do not have the same salary compared to their counterpart sa Manila. Isang reason kaya nasa probinsya ang mga company ay para makatipid. Ang problema lang ng mga companies, napakaliit ng pool of talents sa probinsya.
