@@aizenfordpagulong264 they know and understand that u are gonna be nervious, just be totally honest and tell the interviewer that you will do your best even tho you are nervious. Now, main concern in some cases (actually im doing so amazingly well that im just 2 weeks into taking a course to become the next supervisor in the next months) is that you will be there just during training and leave before nesting/production. They will ask the typical "where do you see youself in the next 6 months/1 year/some years" the best way for the 6 months responding in a way that u make the interviewer know that you wont leave that quickly, for example "well, maybe in 6 months i could know enough about the service/product that i could be some sort of support for other agents" or "i see myself starting some savings to buy a motorcycle(thats what i said lol)" and in 2 years? "Well, comming here on my bike! Maybe even a car" The idea is make them feel like by hiring you they are gonna help you fullfill your dreams~ And about fluency, just practice practice and practice!

Someone gets an idea of how to answer the question from the employer and how to speak clearly and confidently. At the same time, Someone can learn how to think properly and answer the right question. First thing first and think and answer it right away with a nice thought. Your accent and intonation are easy to understand and the vocabulary you could use is easy to catch up with. The bottom line of my comment is great topic and an awesome channel.

I watched this video just to get a hint during a phone interview. Then after a few minutes i got a call from HR with similar questions from this video. I got passed by just watching this on the spot. Thank you

Job interviews is common in the Philippines regardless of the positions that the candidates are aiming for. Qualifications and criteria of the candidates are hardly scrutinize by the HR or the interviewee just to twist and test how the candidates responds to it. I myself experienced a disaster for BPO interviewed 😉... but I didn't regret because now, I am working abroad and with it I earned what I was expected more than I thought when it talks about the salary. 😊
