Thanks! Can you be more specific about the SGL pouch (Fast mag, M4 mag, Pistol mag?). TT has many with the term "SGL" in their names. Instinct still uses 2 SGL Mag Bel M4 Pouches with our fast mag mod. And one SGL Mag Pouch MCL, because it's profiled lower and allows easier access to a magazine with the PELTOR PTT above it. Love it. Use it for working out. Can take a lot of weight, right now 40kg. Doesn’t handle a lot of sweat weary well. Starts to smell very fast....

Looks like a nice improvement. And every system has it’s pro’s and cons. But the extra pouch for the radio or mags, it’s not possible to use the lasercut and some elastics to create retention? Something similar as you guys did with your mag pouches? Just an idea. Thing looks nice👍🏼

Indeed, it is a great improvement and we're trying to expose those pro's and con's for you guys to make up your mind easier. About the cummerbund pouch for the radio or mags, yes indeed we solved it at the moment by looping a small Velcro piece around the antenna of Instinct's radio. That retains it pretty well. Of course we felt obligated to mention the retention "issue" for you guys. I Viper

The Tasmanian Tiger QR LC Plate Carrier is def. my way to go as well. Together with the Tasmanian Tiger Combi Rig QR and Tasmanian Tiger Assault Pack 12 it's insanely nice. Everything is so well made and the price is much, much better than Crye Precision or similar stuff. It's the only German company I know that is producing this stuff for Civilians and they're really doing a very good job. Btw.: For people who need it, you can even buy it in an IRR version. Never saw that for Civilians before. Nice video!

I don’t recommend the MKIV (mine is from 2020 I think). I never understood why they put 7 Molle rows but it’s interfering with front panels from other brands. But wait, there’s even more : the Velcro for the plates panels are inverted regarding to other brands, resulting to the impossibility to use a dangler pouch without modifying it. And talking about size, a perfect fit plate carrier turned into a too small one when I added side plates. The back cummerbund adjustment system is too complicated… I gave up and bought an Agilite K19… The only advantage is that my MKIV accepted Oversized plates easily.

The TT MK IV is like a step in between the two mentioned in this video. The base is like a MKIII, but it also features the cummerbund pouches, the vented shoulder pads and the slick kangaroo style admin pouch up front for documents. It doesn't have a quick release system, but one shoulder can be removed with a buckle and the entire PC can be dropped off with a pull tab quick release system on the right shoulder. The cummerbund adjustment system is the same as with the QR LC system which has its advantages and disadvantages as told in the video. I Viper

Good evening from Greece. I have one question about the plate carrier. I have recently ordered from a store in Greece the particular carrier. However, when the order came to the store and I was about to purchase it, I noticed that the plate carrier came with only the slatted side panels and not the solid side panels with mole and hook-and-loop fleece. I was under the impression that the product came with both. Can you please help me as to clarify if I am wrong and need to purchase as extras the two solid side panels with molle. Thanks in advance! Hi, the plate carrier does indeed come with both, one pair of solid cummerbunds and one pair of slatted cummerbunds. This is also shown on www.tasmaniantiger.info/en/product/tt-plate-carrier-qr-lc/ and from what I'm aware you can't order a version that comes with just one set of cummerbunds. I Instinct

Not yet, but personally we mount our knives on our belt since you'll always carry your belt, but you'll not always carry your PC. I Viper

BTW, there are knives that come with Kydex sheaths. These can mostly be mounted by either using a MOLLE clip or by fixing it with paracord. I Viper

No, we don't have that option since we're focused on the EU market. But we do deliver to the US, so you can order and Paypal will recalculate the Euros to dollars. In general you just have to do tge Euro price times 1.1 to get USD. ✌ | Viper

Correction, just for safety. The vest itself is meant to be used with bulletproof plates. The vest itself is not bullet proof.
