Ever watched the voting and loudly complained about your country's jury's votes? Goodness knows I have on many occasions, starting here (dreadful full marks). On the other hand, another creepy coincidence in the Dutch jury awarding the first five marks to all the Scandinavian countries (talk about wild odds), resulting in the Dutch spokesman's amusing remark, "That must be enough for Scandinavia, I think."
