Loved it! So looking forward to taking the wife to Bocas in October. Have you been to the Cosmic Crab? Best lobster I've ever eaten. Their drink menu is awesome. A note about the caipinhas on the menu. They missed caipiríssima. It's made with rum. I was glad to see that they had caipiroska. Thats how I started drinking caipirinha in Brazil because cachaça has a stronger flavor. Also, technically it's made by muddling a lime in the glass with sugar and ice, and only then you add the booze. Lime juice is a shortcut, but purists will tell you that using lime juice is a major no-no.
