Taste of Shetland food heritage film: saat fish

Saat fish (dried, salted fish) is a staple of the traditional Shetland diet. In this short film, Peter Walker Anderson from the island of Whalsay salts then cooks whitings, and serves them with Shetland Black potatoes and Shetland butter. A delicious local dish!
