Shetland lamb is a different meat altogether ! You get a beast thats never seen a blade of grass ! Its grazed on seaweed, heather shoots, and herbs ! Its wonderful !

I mean, come on. This is a fascinating short film and deserves far more views and likes. Hopefully there will be more videos on Shetland and traditional food! Mutton is a delicious meat, I prefer it to lamb and if you can, buy it in quantity - you can get half a mutton for between £50 - £60 if you look around and it's fantastic
