You should really try Indian pickles called achaar. They are really delicious and can be eaten with rice or even used to make curries. Try lemon or mango or green chilli pickles.

Try getting already pickled pickles and putting them in the brine instead of pickling it from scratch. I notice the pickles are able to grip the flavor much better that way and still tastes like pickles lol...if that makes sense.

Oops A quick pickle won't taste very strong but the longer it soaks the stronger the flavor! Oh and fry the pickles!! Cut into rounds not speers. Make a batter. Dip and fry until desired color!

Either you can slice the cucumbers or if you don’t wanna slice them maybe make some small holes with a toothpick 🤔 well in Turkey when we prepare pickles we make holes and it makes the juice goes into the cucumbers 🤔
