Taste Twin Ports: Oasis Del Norte

This week Joe & Pez visit Oasis Del Norte in Lincoln Park. Opening their food truck in 2015, Eduardo and his family expanded their business in 2023 by opening a traditional style sit-down restaurant in the Lincoln Park District. Eduardo’s mission is to bridge cultures and people through his cooking. Eduardo uses recipes handed down from his mom and from his hometown in Jerez Zacatecas, Mexico. Excellent cooking, and the use of fresh ingredients produced locally in the Northland, has made Oasis Del Norte a hit in Duluth’s tourism and restaurant scene.
