What would you recommend people to try?

@@aWanderlustForLife I'd recommend sobrassada pizza with honey, sobrassada is like some sort of meaty paste made out of pork with paprika very typical from here. Also the 16/17th of January we have a local holiday called Sant Antoni where we roast sobrassada on the fire in the middle of the streets. I'd also recommend trying a shot of hierbas dulces, sweet herbs, it's kinda similar to jaggermaister but sweeter. Also a good pa am Oli. Pa amb Oli means bread with oil in Catalan but it also has ham, cheese,pickles, green pepper and even bacon. There are many recipes depending on where you are in the island.

@@aWanderlustForLife Visit Lviv, Kyiv, and The Carpathian Mountains. In Kyiv, you will experience the rich history of the Dnipro river and try great food along the way. In Lviv, try the Lvivska Maistrena Shokoladu. They are some of the best I’ve had in my lifetime. And visit any small town in the Carpathians, you will love it I guarantee it. Two of Ukraine’s greatest national parks and Ukraine’s tallest mountain are situated there. As for the wine, you will find incredible whites in the Carpathians, anywhere you go. And in Lviv there are many wine cellars you can tour. Overall, Ukraine is a safe country, that is misunderstood because of the war in the east. But in the West, you will find authentic food, an incredible culture, and a just a great place in general. :) Hope that helps.
