Hey brother, awesome brew comparison that I can relate to instead of a bunch of fancy talk. I've noticed the price increases here in SoCal and it would be cool to see a vid on how to properly store beans to stock op on them before we see some huge price jumps. Just a thought. Thanks. JB

Thanks for the kind words and that's a great idea! I think that the best way would probably be to just buy green beans and learn how to roast them yourself. There are ways to mitigate the aging process of roasted beans but there isn't a way to completely stop it. But raw coffee beans will keep for years (as I understand it) without really diminishing their quality.

Thoughts on the areopress? I have a moka pot, v60, & french press. But now have an areopress & it is now my fave.

I've never used one but my brother loves his. I decided to get an espresso press before trying the aeropress but, it's on my list next!

My mom has used a old school stovetop percolator for decades. It's never been my preference but, then again, it might be more the Folgers and not so much the brewer I don't care for.

@@homemadeedition Morning, I was fortunate, I like really strong coffee so picked the strongest on the shelf. Had this percolator for years. In my humble opinion these espresso machines and drip coffee machines make good coffee, but never, in my opinion, hot enough

I agree they end up cooler than a percolator but, if you're making our ordering an Americano or Long Black (espresso + hot water) you should be able to get it basically boiling.
