I recently bought a PuErh Tea and I have to say im astonished by the earthy taste and smell of it. I never had a cup of PuErh because most of the times I only drink green tea. So I also heard that there exists some sort of "yellow tea". Are you familiar with that kind of tea if I may ask?

You are probably talking about cooked PuErh. Raw PuErh is closer to a wild green tea taste. Yes we have a couple of Yellow teas of you search for Amber Mountain or Diamond Peak.

I just did a 3 (!) hours Gong Fu Cha session with this tea, just with myself - the syrupy dried apricot taste was still there after the 15th infusion... so delicious... Seriosly thinking about getting a whole cake (had just a 5g taster). Since it would take me quite a while to finish a cake - how would I store it and would the quality/taste change over time? Thanks

Storage is relatively easy - keep it in a breathable environment like a box or cupboard (wrapped in the paper wrapper) away from any odours and at normal room temperature and humidity. Every so often open up the box or cupboard to let in some air. Of course you can go more detailed by controlling humidity at around 50-70 percent using humidity packs and sealing in clay bing jars like we sell online. I am sure that this tea will age beautifully giving more dried fruitiness as it settles and matures.
