I'm sensitive to water, can really tell the difference between different waters. I traveled to Germany to visit relatives and learned how much variety is available. How different the textures can be. How different water is before and after it's been boiled. Water is wonderful.

I am also very particular about water. I'm from Germany, but am the opposite of most Germans. I want the plain neutral no fizz water. I want that good tap water. That Evian level of nothing. I'm in Canada now and am used to free water everywhere. It's a little rage inducing that Europe still charges for it in restaurants.
