Here in the UK we are so backward when it comes to this type of cooking. That guy is incredible, he would make a fortune over here even in these hard times. Amazing menu. No idea what those hot dogs cost but worth every penny.

This bacon-coated sausage actually comes from Switzerland and is called Berner. In Germany, they come on the grill, but as a hot dog they are also an idea.

It's a lot easier to do if your cooking them on a BBQ Grill rather then a flat top like he's doing here. Another thing I like to do is sprinkle a little Dry Rub on the outside of the Bacon when the sugars in the rub carmelize it becomes crispy on the outside like a Bacon Bruele(candied bacon).

the workers really do a lot for their job. if one of them quits or is sick the restaurant goes belly up.. a lot of training for the set up for the day & they sure sell a lot of them. greasy yes, buts thats what people want. you dont see long lines at vege food places. grilled vegetable and fruit now that is tasty. but raw vegetables..man is not an insect.

We got a poor mans version we do in Baltimore called the Baltimore dog and cuz we're poor but its a nice spicy dog wrapped in well done fried bologna. Nice kaiser, raw chopped onion and deli mustard....yumm.....this video looks amaaaaazzziiinnggg...so hungry now!!
