@@recipesatrandom thanks for the reply, I cooked it in cooker and gave it 4-5 whistles, it didn't doubled in size but yes it got softened and then I fried it like upma and it really turned out into a tasty recipe!!!

Dear next time when you make this then cook for five minutes extra after 4 to 5 whistles on low flame , your result will be better.
